In case you didn't know, Core Design and Eidos Interactive published the Tomb Raider Level Editor along with Tomb Raider Cronicles in Christmas, 2000, which was 8 years ago.

This made every TR fan gone crazy, as they finally could design their own world for Lara, myself included, was very happy to have this chance to build my own levels.

Before the official TRLE was released there actually were people who amazingly successfully created tools to make custom levels already, but I couldn't get the hang of it, yet I released a "remix" level of a classic Tomb Raider I level.
.the gecko valley

was actually made for fun, released in 2004, geometrically identical to the Lost Valley in TR1, only with added objects to help you reach otherwise impossible places and enemies (loads of raptors and t-rexes!) to challenge your progress.
.beneath the forbidden city

my first ever created level, released in january 2001, and it was among the first custom levels released to the internet. the level was very well recieved, and featured custom textures. this level, after so many years with so many great levels out there already, is still ranked in top 100 levels in trle.net, having an average score of 8.9.
.desert ruins & the serpent tower

my entry level for back to basics competition, which was held by trle.net. the entrees are limited to only use the catacomb "wad"(something like object package) to build their level. my level was in the 4th place.
